Apple Cupcakes


• 2 cups flour
• 2/3 cups sugar
• 3 teaspoons baking powder
• 1 cup yogurt
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 eggs

• 2 big apples



Preheat oven to 200 degrees.  Line cupcake pans with paper liners.
Combine flour, eggs, sugar and baking powder in a large mixing bowl.  Add shortening the yogurt, vanilla and apples cut on small cubes.  Beat for 1 minute on medium speed. 

Spoon cupcake batter into paper liners until 1/2 to 2/3 full.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Once cupcakes are completely cooled, decorate as you desire - cream, chocolate, marmalade, etc.

Strained yogurt with honey and walnuts

The advantages of the recipe are:
* it's easy
* it's fast
* it's gorgeous


- strained yogurt (200 gr.)
- raw walnuts (50gr.)
- honey (raspberry jam or any king of jam)


Put strained yogurt in a glass. Chop the walnuts and cover the yogurt. Add honey according to your preferences (or jam, or fruits).

Home made Raffaello candies

Raffaello are maybe the most delicious candies, I've ever tried. So I decided that now is the moment to write about them.


  • 400 gr. condensed milk
  • 30 gr. butter
  • 200 gr. coconut flakes
  • 100 gr. raw almond nuts
  • vanilla


Put butter, vanilla and condensed milk into a susepan and melt the mixture.

Add a little bit from the coconut flakes. Put the pan in a cool place for an hour. Just for minute or roast the almond nuts in an oven or in a frying pan (to dry them).

When ready insert an almond nut into a small portion of coconut mixture and form small balls.

Then roll the balls in dry coconut flakes.

Wait 3-4 hours before serve (should keep them in the refrigerator).

* According to your preferences, can add liquor and crispy waffels

Stuffed apples - easy, fast and delicious


  • 4-5 green, red or yellow apples
  • 1/2 cup of crushed walnuts
  • a pinch of cinnamon
  • sugar or honey ( if you wish to be more sweet)


Mix the walnuts with the cinnamon (add sugar or honey if you prefer)

Peel the apples. Make a whole in every apple and fill them with the mixture you've alredy prepared.

Set oven to 250ÂșC. Bake apples for 40 minutes, or until they feel tender when pierced with a fork. It is important to check regularly and add more water to prevent the apples from drying out as they bake.

Hot chocolate

Ingredients (for two cups):
  • 1 cup of milk (250 ml)
  • 1 cup of whipped cream (250 ml)
  • 100 gr. natural dark chocolate -75% cocoa content
  • sugar (according to your preferences)
  • a pinch of cinnamon

Combine the milk, cream, sugar and crumbled chocolate in a small saucepan. Heat it on low heat, stirring occasionally to prevent the paste from sticking to the pan. If you wish, use the microwave (stir every 30 seconds).

When ready, garnish with a pinch of cinnamon or cinnamon sticks OR foam cream with grated chocolate.
